UNICEF Literacy Coaching Course
In 2019, in collaboration with the DBE and funded by UNICEF, Molteno partnered with Class Act to develop and deliver a training course to professionalise and accredit literacy coaches.
Initial exercises included a rapid review of existing courses, as well as the establishment of norms and standards for both technical and professional coach recruitment and employment, and for coaching management practices.
